I grew up in Virginia Beach and graduated from the School of Dental Hygiene at Old Dominion University in 2004. I am passionate about patient care and treat patients as if they are family. I married my husband, Justin, in 2008 and we now have two daughters and a sweet black lab, Zane, who completes our family. We enjoy the beach both here at home and in Avon, NC. I also love reading and keeping up with saved Pinterest inspirations! I am blessed with a large family and decades old friendships with whom I share ups and downs of life!

I am a native of the area, spending most of my formative years in the Great Neck area of Virginia Beach. My husband, Ben, and I currently reside in Virginia Beach with our two little boys, Easton and Reece.

I graduated from Old Dominion University in May 2009 with a degree in Mental Health Counseling. One year later, I returned to my alma mater to obtain my Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene, where I was recognized for my academic achievements and was ranked in the top of the class. I am truly passionate about oral health and feel it is a gift to connect with people of all walks of life. I strive to provide top notch patient care and believe in treating patients as if they are family.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, at the beach, sports, and playing superheroes with my boys.

I knew at an early age that I wanted to be in the dental field. I have always been fascinated with the art of dentistry and how one’s self-esteem improves when having a nice smile. I started my journey in the dental field as a dental assistant. I am thankful that I started there as it gave me a more rounded appreciation of that position.

I later graduated from Bristol College of Massachusetts, where I obtained my degree in dental hygiene. Becoming part of Hendricks Family Dentistry has been a blessing. I love caring for our wonderful patients and ensuring they are pleased with their visits; I love what I do! It is nice being part of a practice that not only treats their patients like family, but their staff as well!

I moved a lot with being in a military family which allowed me to carry my RDH license in California and in Virginia. I have been blessed with three wonderful children. In my spare time I love spending time with my family, friends, and on my boyfriend's farm. I am a Jersey girl who considers Virginia Beach her home.
